We particularly enjoyed the convenience of the 24/7 shop in the lobby for snacks and drinks at any time.

missingWrote a review on 05 Deccentral locationflexible beddingunclean room
The room setup contains five single beds, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for families or groups. The location is quite central, offering ease of access to various attractions nearby.
Rooms lacked cleanliness, with issues such as dirty curtains and windows that seemed untouched for ages. Guests reported bed bugs and unpleasant odors from the bathrooms, which significantly detracted from the comfort of the stay. Requests for cleaning were ignored, and the absence of working amenities, like the phone, added to the frustration.

where do I begin, the customer service was dreadfully atrocious, they hardly acknowledged my presence like I was invisible. small beds barely fit me, and no iron in sight, just unprofessionalism everywhere. I thought a complimentary upgrade would be standard here, but I suppose they don't believe in that anymore. absolurely ridiculous, I almost wanted to give five stars, but just couldn't.

The nearby eateries are a treasure trove! Don't miss out on Chilli's at Al Noor Mall for some killer flavors that explode on your palate. Also, the staff were genuinely nice and helpful, which added a comforting touch to our stay.
Now, here’s the twist, upon arrival, I found out the hotel was closed and couldn't get in touch with anyone. A bit of a bummer, right?

This wasn’t what I expected – Good or Bad?
The location is ideal being only a 2-3 minute walk from Haram making it super convenient for prayers.
I faced issues with the management, including extra charges and getting a room with unrequested single beds instead of a queen.

Had a great stay with my friends! The location is awesome, just a short walk to the mosque. We also visited a nearby mall for some delicious food options. The convenience of the 24/7 shop in the lobby for snacks was a big plus.
However, the room cleanliness was disappointing. We had to fetch cleaning supplies ourselves since no one attended to our requests.

The location near the mosque was a major plus for us, making our daily visits easy. Plus, the 24/7 shop in the lobby was super handy for quick snacks, especially with three young kids in tow.
My wife says that the cleanliness left a lot to be desired.

Convenient Location with Potential
The location close to Haram was a huge plus. Although the service was lacking, the small 24/7 shop offered convenience for snacks. Unexpectedly, I enjoyed cleaning my own space for the first time—definitely a unique experience! Consider packing your own amenities for comfort.

The 24/7 shop in the lobby provided great convenience for quick snacks. The central location made it easy to access nearby attractions. The quadruple room’s setup was well-suited for our family, offering ample sleeping options.

The Triple Room was decent for a family, with the location being fantastic, just around the corner from the mosque. It had a market nearby for snacks, which was super handy. However, the room itself felt a bit cramped, and it could really use some maintenance.
